📢 CALL FOR PARTICIPATION: Innovation HacKathon in Technology and Health!
The University of Thessaly, in the framework of the project “Strategy of Excellence of the University of Thessaly – Development of an Innovation / Entrepreneurship Center” (SUB2: “Universities of Excellence” – TA 5180665), organizes an Innovation Hackathon in Technology and Health!
We seek and support innovative ideas, applications, and technological solutions that leverage digital transformation and technological evolution to address contemporary social, environmental, and scientific challenges. Our goal is to encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and the practical application of innovation to improve quality of life and enhance sustainable development.

🎯 Technological / Applied Category
You can submit/enter with
- Early Stage: Ideas without a prototype, but with clear targeting/documentation
- Advanced / Pilot-Ready: Technical documentation, a functional prototype or plan, suitable for a pilot application.
👥 Eligibility to Participate
The hackathon is open to:
- Research teams and individual researchers
- Students and student teams
- Startups and teams in the process of being established)
- Individuals or interdisciplinary teams with documented interest
Intersectoral collaborations are encouraged.
