Innovation & Entrepreneurship Conference

The Department of Digital Systems of the University of Thessaly, in collaboration with the Department of Nursing and One Planet Thessaly, is organizing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The conference will take place in the Auditorium of the Department of Nursing, located at the Gaiaopolis Campus in Larissa. Additionally, the event will be accessible online through Microsoft Teams.
Distinguished members of the academic community will honor the conference with their greetings, including: Professor Chrysi Laspidou, Vice Rector for Innovation, Internationalization, Partnerships and Digital Governance, and head of One Planet Thessaly; Professor Vasileios Gerogiannis, President of the Department of Digital Systems; Professor Ioanna Papathanasiou, President of the Department of Nursing
The event will conclude with a short address by the Rector of the University of Thessaly, Professor Charalampos Billinis.
The conference highlights the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of students by showcasing innovative ideas through presentations, expert evaluations, and awards for the most outstanding proposals. Participants will be awarded certificates of participation, and the event provides an excellent opportunity for networking between the academic community and the job market.
